We Bridge the Gap Between Technical Excellence and Business Success
Since 2001, we’ve been helping expertise-based organizations develop the people-focused capabilities needed to scale—without losing their technical edge.

“I observed that many departments preferred to replace people rather than address underlying people problems. This inspired me to find better solutions.”

What Makes Us Different
Grounded in evidence
People and organisations are complex. That is why we ground decisions in evidence. Our own research, combined with the wider evidence base, supports sound judgement, steady progress, and decisions that people can trust.
Start Where You Are
We work in a modular, client‑centred way. You start where you need and build from there, investing only in what genuinely helps. Our work is shaped by your culture and how things really get done, with no imposed models and no needless disruption.
Shaped by real experience
Two decades of real‑world application have refined our approaches and frameworks. They are built for the challenges technical organisations face as they grow, change, and transition.
Respectful Change
We work at transition points, where behaviour often has to change. We do this with a clear understanding of differences and strengths, helping people adapt without losing what makes them effective.
Leadership That Understands Your Journey
Our combined expertise in psychology and technical fields uniquely positions us to help you scale.
Christina Griffiths
Founder, Consulting Occupational Psychologist & Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC)
Christina genuinely cares about the people she works with. She founded CGA Management after watching organisations lose good talent because they did not understand what was really happening beneath the surface. Her research partnerships with Birkbeck University and XL Catlin gave her a strong evidence base for understanding how individuals and teams perform. More than twenty years inside tech and expertise led organisations have given her the practical judgement to use that insight well.
Christina has spent years supporting leaders through the real world challenges of growth and change. She understands the pressure of expanding at pace, the ambiguity that comes with new investment, the identity questions that appear after an acquisition, and the steady discipline required once things have settled. She knows what kind of support actually shifts outcomes, and she brings a calm, ordered way of working that clears the noise and helps leaders stay focused on what matters most.
People who work with Christina describe her as calm, pragmatic and sharp. She brings intelligence without ego and a directness that makes difficult conversations feel safe. She takes the work seriously without taking herself too seriously. Leaders trust her because she tells them what she sees, not what they want to hear, and she does it in a way that keeps them listening.
Andy Copland
Business Partner, Consulting Lead & Product Manager
Andy’s passion for technology began when he was 13, building things in his bedroom long before he knew it would become a career. He started out as a programmer, then made the move from technical specialist to consulting lead the hard way: through trial and error, with nobody showing him the path. That experience drives everything he does now. He is committed to helping leaders get the best from technology and from the people who build it, without forcing anyone to become something they’re not.
Andy has worked inside organisations at every stage of change. He has seen the realities of fast growth, the demands that come with new investment, the challenges of joining two businesses together, and the quieter work of refining how things run. He understands how technology shapes each of these moments, and that experience informs the grounded, practical support he gives to leaders.
People who work with Andy describe him as kind, clever, and genuinely helpful. He has a rare ability to see both the technical and the human side of a problem at the same time, and an instinct for finding the practical move that makes things better. He brings energy and warmth to work that can feel heavy, and leaders trust him because he’s been where they are.
