Growing by just adding people is like building a human pyramid – impressive but unsustainable. True scale means 10x output doesn’t require 10x input. Build leverage, not headcount.

  • Individual’s Tip: Find one task that takes longer as volume increases. How could you do it the same way whether it’s 10 or 100?
  • Team Leader Tip: List what breaks when you’re busy. Those are your scaling weak points. Fix one this week.
  • Executive Leader: Create efficiency metrics that balance growth with health. Growing while burning out isn’t really scaling.
