Welcome to Flow
If you are visiting this page, you have been invited to try out our Flow app. Thanks for giving it a go and we look forward to feedback and suggestions.
We are in very early testing with hand picked users, there is no way for an external user to gain access without being added into the system by our team. So if you want somebody else to try it out, you need to speak to us first so we can add them into the system.
If you have questions or need help, there is (or will be shortly) a link in the app you can use to give feedback or get hold of a developer. Or you can simply call whoever invited you.
Data, Privacy
This is a service that is in heavy development and testing. We are adding features every week. We are trying not to break the existing features or delete your data as we progress, but expect changes. Especially if you give us a suggestion!
The Flow app is hosted on our own servers and we are using Cloudflare for authentication. The base application is not exposed to the internet as of this moment. That will change when we get closer to launch and we will update these terms as we finalise who our hosting partners are.
The audio and text we capture are processed by Speechmatics (www.speechmatics.com) and Anthropic (www.anthropic.com) and we can provide more details on request.
Your personal data is keyed to the email we register your account with and is not accessible to any other user. There is no sharing of data between users. Administrators can access your data if requested to debug problems or bugs, but will typically use their own accounts for this purpose.
If you go into settings and select ‘delete my data’ the app will immediately delete all of the data associated with your account. You can also select to delete just sessions data leaving speaker profiles and tags. After doing this, you can simply log back in and start from fresh.
The app is backed-up, but as it is under active development, this is rotating weekly. i.e. the backup data will be removed 1 week after you delete your account.
Neither Anthropic or Speechmatics retain or store any of the data they process. It is transient on their systems.
Terms of Service
You are welcome to use Flow to take notes on any meeting you are attending. Flow does not record/save the audio it processes, but it does retain transcripts, notes and suggestions it provides to you.
If there are local laws and rules in your country on recording meetings, you must follow them and CGA Management are not responsible for your failure to know about or comply with those laws.
As a matter of principal, letting people know you are using an app to take notes is just good manners!
