  • Individual’s Tip: Spend 5 minutes each morning visualizing yourself succeeding at your biggest challenge today. See it, feel it, then go do it.
  • Team Leader Tip: Start meetings with 1 minute of success visualization. Have everyone picture the project succeeding. It primes positive action.
  • Executive Leader: Before major initiatives, have teams visualize success in detail. What does it look like? Feel like? Make success feel inevitable.
