  • Individual’s Tip: Stuck on something? Ask for help with specifics: “I need 15 minutes to brainstorm X” not just “I need help.” People respond to specific requests.
  • Team Leader Tip: Map what each person is brilliant at. Create a “genius list” and post it. Make it easy for people to tap into each other’s strengths.
  • Executive Leader: Organizational Leader: Find where teams are duplicating effort. Connect them. One shared solution beats five separate struggles.
