One thing you could do this week to reduce friction and increase flow:

  • Individual’s Tip: Question one growth activity. Is it making things better or just bigger? Focus on better.
  • Team Leader Tip: Check if your team’s growth is sustainable. Are people thriving or just surviving?
  • Executive Leader: Define what healthy growth looks like beyond revenue. Happy customers? Engaged employees? Sustainable pace?
